Awarded scholarships to merit-based and economically backward students across both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Established career guidance programs through HDSA Village Clubs, helping students make informed choices.
Set up mini libraries in rural villages to promote literacy and self-learning.
Conducted literacy awareness programs in remote and tribal areas.
Successfully trained over 1,000 rural youth in communication skills, soft skills, and entrepreneurship.
Organized job melas by linking with factories and industries, offering employment to unemployed rural youth.
Promoted continuous and sustainable employment for artisans and rural workers, reducing urban migration.
Encouraged skill-building in sectors like automobiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, leather, tourism, wellness, biotechnology, and agriculture.
Introduced and supported the “Per Drop More Crop” initiative to improve soil health and water efficiency.
Facilitated training in modern agricultural technologies and adopted the “Lab to Land” approach.
Promoted horticulture, beekeeping, and fisheries to enhance livelihood options for small farmers.
Supported the formation of milk marketing federations for local dairy farmers.
