With a mission to uplift the lives of SC, ST, BC, OC communities and those below the poverty line, our initiatives have transformed countless lives across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

🎓 Education & Youth Empowerment

  • Distributed free study materials and conducted guidance sessions for thousands of rural students.

  • Awarded scholarships to merit-based and economically backward students across both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

  • Established career guidance programs through HDSA Village Clubs, helping students make informed choices.

  • Set up mini libraries in rural villages to promote literacy and self-learning.

  • Conducted literacy awareness programs in remote and tribal areas.

  • Skill Development & Employment

  • Successfully trained over 1,000 rural youth in communication skills, soft skills, and entrepreneurship.

  • Organized job melas by linking with factories and industries, offering employment to unemployed rural youth.

  • Promoted continuous and sustainable employment for artisans and rural workers, reducing urban migration.

  • Encouraged skill-building in sectors like automobiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, leather, tourism, wellness, biotechnology, and agriculture.

  • 👩‍🌾 Agriculture & Farmer Welfare

  • Introduced and supported the “Per Drop More Crop” initiative to improve soil health and water efficiency.

  • Facilitated training in modern agricultural technologies and adopted the “Lab to Land” approach.

  • Promoted horticulture, beekeeping, and fisheries to enhance livelihood options for small farmers.

  • Supported the formation of milk marketing federations for local dairy farmers.

  • Encouraged export of natural resource-based agricultural produce.

  • 👩‍🦱 Women Empowerment

  • Enabled hundreds of rural women to become self-reliant through income generation programs.

  • Supported Self Help Groups (SHGs) and shared powerful success stories of transformation.

  • Promoted bamboo and handcrafted products, upgrading traditional skills with design innovations.

  • Conducted financial literacy programs for women to improve economic independence.

  • Launched initiatives for the socio-economic empowerment of women and adolescent girls.

  • ♿ Support for Persons with Disabilities

  • Implemented community-based rehabilitation programs for students and individuals with disabilities.

  • Created inclusive platforms to promote education and livelihood among the differently-abled.

  • Child Welfare & Protection

  • Identified and rehabilitated child labourers, providing them access to education and care.

  • Carried out awareness campaigns on child rights and protection in vulnerable communities.

  • Focused efforts on nutrition, health, and safety of children, especially in tribal areas.

  • Conducted free health camps, blood donation drives, and HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns.
