JEEVADHARA Farmer Producer Company Ltd, based in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, is a committed initiative supported by NABARD and promoted by POPI: Human Development of SC/ST Association (HDSA). We aim to uplift marginalized communities including SC, ST, BC, and economically weaker OC sections by creating inclusive opportunities in education, employment, agriculture, and entrepreneurship.
Our journey is rooted in a deep sense of social responsibility and a vision to empower rural India by developing human potential and sustainable livelihoods.
Provide educational news, free study material, and career guidance to rural unemployed youth.
Offer skill development programs including communication skills, soft skills, and entrepreneurship training.
Ensure quality education and scholarships for underprivileged and merit students in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Support students with disabilities through community-based rehabilitation.
Promote women's socio-economic empowerment and income-generating activities.
Develop horticulture, beekeeping, and fisheries among SC/ST and poor BC/OC communities.
Train farmers to improve soil health and productivity through the "Per Drop More Crop" initiative.
Encourage milk marketing federations and export of natural produce.
Spread financial literacy, modern agricultural technology (Lab to Land), and enhance the human development index through traditional handloom and handicrafts.
Conduct job melas, link artisans to industries, and create employment in diverse sectors like IT, textiles, tourism, biotechnology, etc.
Fight child labor, promote blood donation, HIV/AIDS awareness, and tribal health education on diseases like anaemia and malaria.
Develop HDSA village clubs with literacy drives, career guidance, and mini-libraries.
Formed Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) for vegetable growers under NABARD-APRO support.

Dutch mat weaving
Jackfruit value addition
Organized Financial Literacy and Sanitation Awareness programs.
Trained 150 unemployed youth in educational and employment opportunities.
Participated in State-Level Exhibitions showcasing rural talents.
Promoted shade net farming with 20 farmers and distributed seedlings and trays.
Conducted awareness sessions on collection centers and supply chain.
Provided vegetables and groceries to poor families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
